2 months agoI love these apartments -especially on the 7th floor because its upmarket, spacious, open plan, stunning decor and fully furnished with all the essential amenities such as washer&dryer, microwave, oven&stove, dishwasher etc. that you would need to be self sufficient and live comfortably- long or short term. The view from the balcony, not to mention the bedroom, is simply the best way to start and end my day, it's captivating.

3 months agoTo the owner please consider changing your management company! Bath soap and hand wash was almost empty. One roll of toilet paper for 4 days if need more it’s R20 per roll ( these could be included in the booking fee to create a good experience). No linen change even towels for 4 days if need it’s R250. Towels and cushions are old needs to be changed. The bed in our room was hollow in the centre it needs change sleep was uncomfortable. The tv app they use is not working properly when complained we were told we are using the wrong one but that is what the host showed us . On check out we were asked to rate 5 star by doing so we will get a 20% discount for the next stay upon giving them proof! Is that even legal?

a month agoClose to the N1 National Highway and South Africa's second largest mall-Menly Park shopping Centre, it is cleaned at least once a week and is equipped with an electric stove oven, washing machine and dryer, and dishwasher! The hotel has ample parking spaces, gate guards, a gym, and a restaurant and bar!

6 months agoI had the most terrible experience ever. The sheets smelled like sweat and the decorative cushions smelled like they haven’t been washed in a long time. When I tried to phone reception so that I could be moved no one answered. Walked to reception and someone was sitting there. The reception staff do not make you feel welcome at all. When I requested to be moved to a different room I was treated as if I am being unreasonable. This place does not deserve a 4-star rating and I will advise my organisation not to use this hotel again.

2 months agoWow I enjoyed the stay, the service, everything about this place is excellent and special thanks to the Maintainance guy Kgomotso who has been very helpful and never getting tired of us no matter how many times we ask for help. To the stuff a big thank you for you excellent service and treating us like VIP's.
