Yanaya Lifestyle (Joina City)

Yanaya Foods was a complete disappointment. I ordered the bunless burger, expecting something decent, but what I got was dry, tasteless, and absolutely underwhelming. To make things worse, despite being the only customers in the restaurant, the food took an absurd amount of time to arrive. And don’t be fooled by their advertisements—what they promise and what they actually serve are two completely different things. If you’re looking for quality, this is NOT the place to find it. I love the food at Yanaya, well made healthy food. The smoothies taste way too nice However, I called to reserve a booth for me and friend since they said a booth is allowed for those who spend 20 plus. When I arrived the waiter wanted to charge me for using the booth which is normally free. Although the other waitress later apologized, it set the mood off. I would still go back. I love the bunless burgers

The food at Yanaya is always top tier, no doubt. I ordered a chicken nourish bowl with a green salad and it tasted amazing. The Apple, cinnamon tea was *chefs kiss*.However, the service at the Joina City is hardly moving, some waitresses seem like they aren’t familiar with the menu hence they end up overcharging. Which is very disappointing. Secondly, most items are always out of stock like the juices, they are never there. But at other branches they are always there. Please fix that guys

Place is clean and tidy. Had a Berry Nice Smoothie, it was okayish was expecting to be blown for a $6 smoothie. Waited about 15mins for my order and was the only customer.!

At this restaurant you will know where to spend your money without hesitation.. they offer good food and good services
