3 months agoLinyanti was the first stop on our honeymoon, and the team there set the bar so high for every other stop we made with ABC. We arrived a bit late, but they made an effort to still get us out on an in-progress drive that evening. On that drive we saw lions hunt a buffalo, which ended up as one of the highlights of our entire trip. CiCi and team took us in, made us feel welcome, and were great communicators. Taylor was our guide. He always checked on our comfort level in terms of our proximity to certain animals, and he could drive through any terrain. He explained so much of what he was seeing and hearing to us along the way. We learned a lot from him.

2 years agoMy wife and I stayed at Linyanti Bush Camp on our honeymoon, what a dream. Fantastic accommodations, and the staff was super friendly and fun. We had great discussions and laughs with the manager Jess and our host Sally, who joined us for most meals. A shoutout to the chefs! Especially chef Valentine and her amazing food! The camp surroundings and game drives were also beautiful and full of wildlife. Highly recommend this camp.

2 years agoExceptional camp in a picturesque position on the Linyanti Marsh. Beautiful tents, luxury bedding, perfect service. All inclusive everything - including daily laundry, great wine and delicious food (especially the baking)! We loved breakfast by the campfire every morning and the hippos and elephants right outside our tent at night. The team at Linyanti were not like staff, they were like friends and we miss them dearly already. Our every need was anticipated from start to finish, the guides were so knowledgeable with perfectly spoken english - walking encyclopaedias. We were surprised and delighted with special sundowners and pop-up dining experiences in the most delightful of places. We had our two year old ‘junior guide’ with us and the team were so kind and helpful in making him feel at home. He had an absolute blast. To top it off we saw so many animals, the Linyanti Conservatory is quite diverse from grasslands to marsh to bush. Some of the animals we saw were lion, leopard, wild dogs, elephant, zebra, hyena, giraffe, buffalo, hippo, and many many more including plentiful and varied bird life.

3 years agoI was the leader of a group of 19 family and friends who gathered in Botswana to celebrate a milestone birthday two years late due to Covid. Our first three nights were at another camp in the Okavango Delta and this camp was great. We then flew to Linyanti Bush Camp for 3 more nights and were simply blown away. We were greeted at the jeeps with a personalized water bottles which was a lovely eco touch and when we arrived at the camp we were serenaded by the staff with a welcome song. The level of service and luxury were evident from the start. In our first group meeting the chef asked each guest about any food allergies which was very professional. The chef was a real master and I have to stay that the food was just incredible at every meal. Everyone was wowed. We had to get 19 people on helicopter rides during our stay and the manager KB went above and beyond to make sure that each of our party of 19 had the thrill of the 30 minutes helicopter safari. The jeep guides Dutch, Essay and Rams were all excellent and everyone enjoyed getting to know each of them. Our day trip to Savuti was amazing. We were stunned when we arrived for lunch where we all expected a box lunch to find the lodge had sent a separate truck with table and chairs and a full buffet. It was just unbelievable. We saw more elephants than we though possible and so many amazing beasts so close up that it seems unreal. The sundowner drinks were also just beautiful as the sunsets last an hour and each night was more stunning that the last. The rooms were all lovely and lux with large balconies. The rooms were all very well thought out and designed. Overall African Bush Camps is a smooth operator and you are are going to be very very happy if you visit Linyanti Bush Camp during your stay in Botswana. Thank you again for making our visit unforgettably one of the best experiences of our lives...

2 years agoSix stars! My husband and I stayed here as part of a pandemic-delayed honeymoon. Helga (our wonderful host), Esse (our expert guide) and the whole team made sure we had an incredible experience that we will always remember. All the ABC camps that we stayed at were luxurious but the Linyanti Bush Camp felt special: fun, friendly and in harmony with the natural surroundings.
