5 months agoI’d give 1.5 if I could. Was average at best. No water in the room. The “safe” was so small and not secured to anything so if you put valuables in it, it could have just been picked up and taken away. The shower looked fancy but water didn’t flow properly. The lift didn’t work. Not particularly friendly staff. I’ll sleep in my car next time.

3 weeks agoWe ordered our food at 19:00 and by 22:25 it still had not arrived. We are now leaving without eating. This is completely unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend anyone to book here.

3 weeks agoAbsolutely unacceptable service. Their staff need training and an attitude upgrade! A disgrace to hospitality industry. We waited for over 2 hours for dinner with no apology or explanation, when food finally came it was stone cold

2 weeks agoTHIS PLACE HAS THE WORST SERVICE EVER! WE BOOKED A MONTH IN ADVANCE FOR A BIRTHDAY DINNER, WE SENT A MESSAGE TO CONFIRM WE WERE STILL COMING ON THE DAY OF THE BOOKING, UPON ARRIVAL THE RECEPTIONIST WAS RUDE TO THE LADY WHO APPEARED TO BE A GUEST, SHE WAS TELLING THE GUEST SHE DOESN'T HAVE TIME TO CALCULATE WHAT HER DINNNER LIMIT WAS. WHEN I ASKED WHERE WE SHOULD GO BECAUSE IT WAS OUR FIRST TIME THERE, SHE SAID IT'S FULLY BOOKED AND WE CAN EAT OUTSIDE. EVENTUALLY GRACE THE CHEF KNEW MY PARTNER AND I AND WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY SHE HELPED US GET UPSTAIRS. ONLY FOR THE SITUATION TO WORSEN. WE SATE FOR ABOUT 45MIN WITHOUT GETTING A MENU, THERE WAS ONLY ONE WAITER WORKING, SHE WAS FRIENDLY AND COMPLETELY SWAMPED WITH THE AMOUNT OF GUESTS. WHEN THE INDIAN LOOKING MANAGER CAME UP TO GET ORDERS HE ONLY WENT TO THE WHITE AND INDIAN GUESTS, DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO ASK IF WE WERE ASSISTED. WE EVENTUALLY LEFT. THE RECEPTIONIST DIDN'T EVEN CARE THAT WE WERE NOT ASSISTED. GO THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. REALLY DISSAPOINTED.
