Yaas Hotel Dakar Almadies

My experience was very average during my 48 nights day of stay. The value to money for this hotel is poor. The food here I didn't like at all. Daily making almost the same things again and again. Specifically, they are making tasteless pizza on daily basis. Rooms are not big.

Excellent, fairly new and modern hotel. In a good location with plenty of decent Restaurents and bars nearby. Staff very friendly and all speak English. Lovely complimentary breakfast of English, continental and even Senegalese dishes. Hotel was very clean and rooms were fairly spacious with good powerful showers. Price of £70 a night for a single with Queen bed,was reasonable for a major city in a good area. Highly recommend

Service and location great. Rooms have no fridge nothing for coffee or tea. Which was a negative for me. I didnt book the room so I didn't know that ahead of time. This is the most basic of rooms you can rent. A future stay i would upgrade for those things if you're staying more than a few days.

Centrally located to several restaurants and embassy. Also walking distance to the American supermarket, beaches, craft market and the local beach restaurants. The service was great with breakfast, front desk information and services. The rooms were European small, but clean and cozy.

Breakfast is good, staff are friendly. I've stayed three times now and every time, every single day, they took my towel and did not replace it. You will have to ask every single day for a towel or toilet paper. Air conditioner works most of the time.
