3 weeks agoI recently visited Backyard Ventures. And for the first time in my life i did an ice bath, it was incredibly refreshing! When i entered the facility, I was greeted by a charming and tranquil ambiance. The breath work and ice bath was really a magic in my body, i felt a noticeable uplift in my mood, my body was so relaxed and calm. Thanks to Nathan he guided us very well, taking us through the process. I highly recommend Backyard Ventures to anyone looking to incorporate ice baths into their wellness routine. It’s a fantastic way to recharge both physically and mentally. I will definitely be returning for more sessions in the future and many other events organized by them! Thank you Natalie and Nathan. It was the best experience.

3 weeks agoWhat a superb new place to stay on the outskirts of Arusha city! Backyard Ventures offers a good range of accommodation options whether you are alone, a couple or small group. Natalie is an excellent host and everything was so smooth. The setting and facilities are superb - completely quiet as away from main road, nature on your doorstep with woodlands full of bird life, spacious garden for relaxing outdoors, good connectivity, comfortable rooms, and spacious, communal kitchen-lounge space. I went as a group but also used the space for remote working; both worked perfectly so flexible space for many needs.

a month agoThe coziest home ever!!! Went to Arusha for the first time for a touch rugby tournament and I’m so glad we stayed at this house! Stayed for 2 nights and had the best sleep ever!! The owner was also very attentive to our needs from the airport up until we left Arusha! The interior and details of the house is what I loved the most. The owner also DIY’ed the sheets and they feel like you are laying on top of clouds ;) A few things to keep in mind: -The place is less than 10 minutes away from the airport. However, Taxis are quite hard to book because they ask for a ridiculous price. So, plan ahead with the owner, she can arrange transport for a much reasonable price. -If you plan to go direct to the house and stay in, make sure you pack essentials like coffee, milk, etc. the house is well equipped with everything else except consumables. However, if you plan to go around town a supermarket run would be better. Bonus: the neighbor’s dog likes to come peek at the back door and will politely wait for you to come out and play. Book this place! You will not regret it!

3 weeks agoThe experience gives you a chance to reach into parts of yourself that could do with healing and release. The set up is highly conducive for sharing and connection within other participants on a spiritual level. Lastly, the ice bath itself is amazing for tension release. Special thanks to Natalie & Nathan
