Best Western Premier Accra Airport Hotel

The manager and the staff on duty were exceptional. I approached them because I wanted to change the hotel i initially lodged in for a few days. The response from the manager was so nice and appealing. Checking in to the next day was seamless. I enjoyed the neatness in the room, the room services and the food. The complementary breakfast was very nice. Beyond the food, the staff in the restaurant were very friendly. A particularly young man in the kitchen was so nice. He was always asking if there's anything he can provide. I have stayed in several hotels across the world, I will rate the staff customer's service as one of the best. Thank you for making my short stay a nice and remarkable experience.

I recently stayed at the BEST WESTERN PREMIER Accra Airport Hotel, and it was an outstanding experience. The exceptional customer service from the welcoming and attentive staff made my stay truly enjoyable. The hotel offers a serene atmosphere, perfect for both relaxation and productivity. The dining options, featuring both local and continental dishes, were delicious, and the selection of drinks complemented the meals wonderfully. The strong internet access was a great plus, ensuring I could stay connected without interruptions. Additionally, the hotel’s prime location, close to the Accra International Airport and nearby hospitals, made it incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Accra.

The hotel is overpriced for what you get. Having been a few times, I've always been disappointed. The rooms are dirty (floors unclean) and showers are small (some didn't even have hot water). The buffet breakfast is one of the worst I've seen. While the staff are friendly, it has taken over an hour to check in here before. The hotel is located next to a plot of land where there is often music blaring.

It's such an awesome atmosphere. Their services and everything are perfect. There is so much fresh air . The sound from the gushing water of the fountain also creates a natural experience of a waterfall.
