in the last weekIn depend of the price it is really poor. Because in a hotel, where is double the coensove then the other 5 Stars, I’m wish a better hotel. When I’m asking for something, I just getting explaining but not solutions. When I need continuous of compromises, why I’m coming to the most expensive hour of the town? You’ve to give out, for why you’re charging money, that’s why: poor in my eyes, sorry!

2 months agoMy stay at the Pyramid Continental Hotel was truly the highlight of my trip to Juba! The hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained, offering a range of amenities that cater to every need. My top three favorites include the well-equipped gym, the delightful main restaurant (don't miss out on the Mexicana pizza!), and the captivating sky bar during the evening. However, what sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff! The team went above and beyond to ensure a warm welcome and outstanding customer service, extending from the bell service and front desk to the diligent housekeeping. A particular housekeeper, who noticed me praying with one of the bathroom towels, surprised me with a prayer mat neatly placed on my table when I was finished...such thoughtful gestures truly made my stay amazing. Special thanks goes to Jennifer and Asunta for their exceptional hospitality and service...they are the true gems of this hotel. Looking forward to my next visit!

3 months agoThe hotel is quite iconic and as the name suggests looks like a modern day pyramid especially when all lit up at night it dominates the Juba skyline. The service was great and facilities at the hotel were adequate, I particularly enjoyed the gym which had adequate equipment and the spa which had complimentary services for guests. Special thanks to Meghan Anyango who was attentive to my colleagues and I during our stay and also provided us with info on the cool chill and eat out spots in and around Juba. The hotel is close to the airport and this makes accessibility easy. The rooftop lounge is great for chilling and having a 360 degree view of Juba City.
