Rushel Kivu Lodge

A wonderful place by the lake with a huge garden. I camped for two days right next to the lake. The food is very good, and the staff is very friendly.

We came to this hotel to relax for the weekend. We liked everything very much, it was beautiful, cozy, the staff was great. It seemed like you were at the sea. The only problem was the road, which, as I understood, was being done. Everything was dug up, and if we hadn't been driving an SUV, we wouldn't have been able to get there. I had an amazing time at Rushel Beach Resort, and though this review is late, the experience still stands out. The resort blends beautifully with the natural landscape and offers stunning views of Lake Kivu. We stayed in one of their comfortable tents, and the private beach was well-maintained with plenty of activities, including boat rides. The restaurant, perched on higher ground, gave us breathtaking views while enjoying good food. The service was exceptional, especially our waiter, Melab, who made us feel right at home. The off-road journey to the resort, only navigable with a 4x4, added a fun sense of adventure.

The experience at this place is breathtaking. i have never been treated like this in any other resort in Uganda. from the welcoming team of staff to the good audience and the very comfortable rooms. i appreciate Rushel Kivu Resort for making my stay very comfortable

The staff were amazing. The food was awesome. The rooms and facilities were well maintained and clean. The location was beautiful. My wife and I had a wonderful stay. It was peaceful and relaxing, and the staff were over the top helpful in making sure everything was good. The road into Rushel was an adventure, but if you take your time, it is fine. They are working on fixing it.
