6 months agoSTAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS THE STAFF IS AGGRESSIVE TO WOMAN. The hotel owner needs to check beach guys „security” as they are aggressive to tourists. THEY PUSHED US AND A GUY TRIED TO SPLIT ON US, They pushed me as I’ve walked on sidewalk. The guy was trying to picks on us two days in a row when we were sitting at the beach!!!! Do not choose this place to stay over. HORRIBLE PEOPLE

6 months agoI DO NOT RECOMMEND. The security guard spat at us and told us to go back to his country in a vulgar manner. He was aggressive towards women. Give him a wide berth. He did not let us walk on the sidewalk but asked us to go to the beach because the hotel zone ended beyond the nearby palm trees…

6 months agoThe pool in front of the hotel doesn't look like the pictures, there's no water in it. The security guard from the beach was not nice, tried to spit and had a problem with our skin color.

7 years agoGood place to stay. It is just on a beach, there are several very good restaurants just in 10 min walk, and two just inside the hotel territory. My friends had some issues with the Internet though. Also, we are here during the rainy season start, and when the rain is really heavy, in some rooms there is a water on the floor. My friend had to change a room because of that. That rain was really strong and long though. Rooms on the second floor don't seem to have such problem.

7 years agoDid not stay here but next door in adults section. However we could use these facilities. Tried restaurant once and food was poor, cold and covered with flies. Tablecloths hung on the floor and we're dirty. Crockery was mismatched and chipped. Would not recommend. On our last day we asked for a shower room and we were taken to one in this side of the resort above the bars outside. The bed was unmade, looked and smelt like previous occupants had just vacated minutes before. No towels, no water and no electricity very yucky. Needless to say I would not recommend this side of the hotel.
