3 months agoThe property is as clean and very relaxing. I loved how secluded it is and how they personalize every guests experience. It’s a good place to stay if you’re looking to relax and recharge. I enjoyed my stay and the activities such as bike rides, the sunset walks and seeing different animals, the staff are amazing and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. However, the pool would be amazing if it was heated. Follow for more!!!!!!!!!!!

2 months agoAmazing place for a good reset. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, an absolutely serene environment full of natural trees, green grass, and quiet calmness.

5 months agoThis venue offers a peaceful atmosphere and stunning views with welcoming staff. However, we got lost and despite multiple calls, no one answered to provide directions. Poor signage made navigation even more challenging. Upon arrival, we faced further delays at the gate due to slow processing. Additionally, the game drive was cancelled due to rain and the pool is small.

4 months agoI just received the most horrible customer service! I was excited and looking forward to visiting this place..First, calls were being cut intentionally. I decide to send a message and I immediately got a response even when their instagram page indicates to call or email for bookings. I got one word response, asked about the safari drive and was told “it’s not available “… no reason, so I had to ask why “safari vehicle has broken down.”…. Asked why texting instead of phone call “ I am on the bus, it’s too noisey.” …. When can I reserve etc… and nothing. How is this a resort with such poor customer service just trying to book! What kind of customer are we to get when at the place? This is really terrible and it reflects poorly on the business and makes sense why foreign businesses are thriving in this country! This is pathetic!!
