If I could rate this 6/5 stars I would. Lovely experience! Went with a group tour and had a pre-set four course meal with wine pairings. Advance booking so no wait. The freshness, the flavors, the creativity, presentation were just *chef’s kiss*. Restaurant is in a small section of a fancy hotel. Hotel and restaurant were pretty, ambient with relaxing music playing and a nice view of the bay/water. Used to watch Siba on TV years ago so was exciting to visit and have a real taste of the culinary delights we see on screen. Extra special to have gotten to support a black South African woman business in Cape Town ☺️

It was a lovely experience. Nice for a special occasion. The menu is a mixture of both local and international cuisine. Carefully curated to bring you back to the chef being South African. She really did well on that. I thoroughly enjoyed the first 3 courses. Which were almost like canape style. Its an 8 course with a sorbet and extra dessert dish. Both delish. The other dishes were nice too. I disliked 1 dish only. Beverage menu is limited soft drink wise but we made do with what they have. The variety is more on the alcoholic side. The presentation of the dishes was amazing, you can see there's a lot of thought and effort that went to it. Main course was okay. Samp was too salty Overall: Ambience - 4/5 (it was a quiet night) Food - 4/5 Value for money - 4/5 4*

Wow! The flavors, the presentation, the colors, the service and the touch of show - just fabulous! We traveled along the Garden Route and then the western coast, the meal at Siba - The restaurant was the best meal we had on our entire trip. Thank you Siba for sharing your passion for food with us, and thank you to the waiters and sommelier who answered all our questions and provided the best service. Will definitely visit again!

Exquisite dining at its best. 8 course meal of exotic and local cuisines combined to give an unforgettable experience. Every course has a story and a history, everything is done to the finest detail.

It's really a bad experience,no good food, i can only provide 3 stars. The beef ball can't eat in since the beef is too old. The price so high, compared to the Michelin in Paris, it's too bad for the guest. Don't come to waste your valuable money.
