3 months agoThis is a 5 star experience in Graskop. The place is a bit pricy but worth it. I was surprised at the Hotel restaurant creating exquisite food. The place does not disappoint, you have a choice to sit in the bar or the lounge. Wonderfully lit and kept warm by 3 fireplaces. The drinks were perfectly made. They has a light meal menu to go with your drinks. The 2 restaurants and pub have different views, and are worth checking out. For starters, we had the mussel pot which was divine. Superbly made with the roasted garlic adding a new depth of flavour to the meal. The mussels were fresh. Can definitely recommend the butter chicken curry and chocolate brownie made with local macadamia nuts.

2 months agoThey charge a higher price then when you book online. The air condition and ventilation is automatically controlled and kept as awake and freezing all night. When we left I got stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes and they didn’t seem to care much. I called the emergency number and didn’t got a response, technicians needed 25 min to show up. Don’t waste your time here! The view is stunning the rest forget about it!

5 months agoFriendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the rest of the experience was terrible. No heat in the rooms. The heater was out of order and they managed to bring us a small 2 bar heater that you can't even feel. I got sick from being this cold and asked if i can get a return for the last day if I book out before 10. Not really a friendly and helpful group of vibe when in these type of situations. Extremely expensive for what you get.
