Set on the banks of the Khwai River in a forest of sycamore and leadwood trees, Khwai Bush Camp offers spectacular views into the untamed wilderness of the famous Moremi Game Reserve and is home to the authentic Botswana luxury safari. Khwai Bush Camp comprises four standard chalets (with fireplace) and two family chalets, all en-suite. Watch the magic of Africa unfold from the sanctuary of your chalet’s cool, thatched interior or the veranda that overlooks the famed Moremi Game Reserve. Battery-charging facilities are available in each guest room as well as fans. The main lodge area also has charging points for your convenience. Enjoy languid afternoons at the sparkling poolside drinking in the serene floodplain surrounds. Share an aperitif around our lively fire circle before tucking into hearty, homespun fare at our family-style feasts. 3 years agoWe were here for September long weekend. It was such a memorable holiday. They were such professionals in all aspects. Our bookings were done by Naseera. She was always available to answer and help out. We were using 4x4 and the details on the map were on the dot. Our guide, Mr. Banda was so kind enough to wait by the Khwai village to take us to the lodge. They all welcomed us with a song. Oh boy! I was feeling so humbled at their hospitality. Mimi, our host was always there all the 3 days of our stay meeting to all our requirements. I cant help but mention the camp staffs who were so kind and helpful always be it Bee, Peggy, KG, or the others who were on the back stage. The chefs, Trish and Dk were so good and they even went out of their way to modify their menu to suite our likes and dislikes. They are so good at what they cook. I cant help but mention the staff who took care of room service. They came to the room twice a day and set the room according to day or night setting. Well done. Every detail was taken care. Banda, our dear guide, was so good. He needs a special mention as he was that very good. We had an awesome wildlife adventure because of him. A special mention to our mokoro guide, Tyro and his friends. Wonderful staff. Well done Khwai Bush camp group. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for a exceptional camping and wildlife experience.
