Klein Goederust winery came about in 1905. In 2019 the Siguqa family acquired the property and so began their own winemaking journey, inspired by the family matriarch Nomaroma Siguqa, a lifelong Cape wine farm labourer.

My friend and I arrived to Klein Goederust by chance and could have not been happier to be there. From the first welcome to last the goodbye we have felt so good, it was a perfect blend between the ambiance, the wine (of course) and the talk we had . . makes you feel like you never want to leave. Such an inspiring story behind the history of the farm! It is a very nice place, warm, cosy makes you feel you never want to leave. I strongly recommend!

My wife and I stumbled upon the Klein Giederust wine farm by pure chance, and it turned out to be a serendipitous discovery that made for an unforgettable weekend. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the weekend spit braai, which left our taste buds in awe. The succulent, tender meats, expertly seasoned and cooked to perfection, were a carnivore's dream come true. The friendly staff and the communal atmosphere made it feel like a true South African experience. It was a delightful surprise and set the tone for the day. To complement the heavenly wine and hearty braai, the cheese board at Klein Giederust was nothing short of spectacular. It was a platter of pure indulgence. Each bite was a flavor explosion that paired beautifully with their excellent wines. The picturesque surroundings, the warm hospitality, and the delectable offerings truly made it an amazing day, and we left with memories that will last a lifetime. Klein Giederust is a hidden gem that we now hold close to our hearts, and we can't wait to return for another enchanting experience.

Now this spot is special, the lamb and cheese platter is mouth watering and the coffee, Great Dane, yummy, but to experience the platter you have to go on the weekend between 12:00-16:00 or you will be disappointed. The venue is encompassed by stunning views and a tranquil, delish.

This was the last & really the best stop on our wine tram tour! We really recommend this lovely winery with its beautiful ambiente. Not only the wine was so good but also the whole staff and owner Paul are exceptional and the friendliest people we met on the tour. Go get our here and enjoy the best wine tasting experience!

We had an amazing wine tasting at Klein Goederust! Our hostess was amazing, we had great conversations with her. Cheese and meat platter was good and the wine was soooo good! We got there when they first opened so we had the place to ourselves. It was a cold raining day but we sat by the fire and it was very pleasant! Left with 1 bottle of white, 1 red and the dessert wine, which was my favorite! We will be returning with friends!
