a month agoWorld class, in Venda. One of the few places in Thohoyandou that can compete with other major Hotels outside of Limpopo. I usually come here on business but when I also came for leisure I was not disappointed. Come with your family or a new flame whatever the occasion. Staff here are sure to make your time pleasant oh and if you can't speak the local language. In my experience staff are well versed in many other South African languages and are only glad to give you assistance in English. I suck with directions so when I came here at a conference and was having a hard time locating the conference venue. The gentle man at the gate walked me to reception and when he saw I was confused with the directions I did not have to ask but only had to follow him and he showed me the venue. Oh and you will feel like a God. Staff members will always smile and greet you when they come across you. I guess it's either they really love working there or they get paid well. Whichever one the owners of this establishment are on to something wish they would branch out and make this a franchise (it could be already I might not be aware of this). #VendaExcellence.

4 months agoThey serve the most devine food, and the place so clean.... But waiters need training, because the didn't attend us nicely the were not rude, but that have to attend clients on time so we can feel welcomed... Because I went to restaurant to eat dinner, just the waiter to more than an hour so we can order....

a month agoThis place is so stunning pictures don’t do it justice , easily the most gorgeous place in venda , I absolutely love their cocktails the food not so much could do with some improvement

7 months agoVery great establishment. The only problem is soundproofing in the rooms. I could literally hear the voices from the room next door and everything they said and did. I'm sure they experienced the same with me. I was booked in FF02, checked in Tuesday and checked out Friday. Otherwise the food, the ambiance, the staff, and everything else is on point. With a little improvement they can easily move from being a 4* establishment to a 5*.

5 months agoThe place is top of the range, very nice very clean and beautiful. The restaurant service was a bit slow but the food was to exquisite. I'm probably coming back for a sleepover
