Situated in the heart of Khayelitsha, Rands is a multi-faceted venue, a heaven for good music, food, and quality entertainment.

Our signature meat dishes accompanied by real township inspired sides like our popular chakalaka, creamy spinach, and pap, will have your palate shouting for more – take that and combine it with our premium space and décor, and you’ll agree that we are indeed the uber tshisa Nyama of Cape Town.

On the entertainment side, Rands sure knows how to throw the meanest parties led by our resident DJ and a host of other local DJs from the surrounding area.

Our Music ranges from mostly house to hip hop and when the mood allows, some RnB.

So, if you are looking for good company, upscale entertainment, and tasty food, then look no further!

Rands is awesome for music lovers. Excellent place to go for pap and vleis on a Sunday and dance to the best music. The crowd makes the experience wholesome. I have personally never experienced any violence. Very safe place to relax and unwind with friends. Food and drink prices are reasonable.

I've never seen such a vibe in my life. Rands is a place to be. The car guards were welcoming and friendly. The place was packed and we had a lot of fun. It was amazing, the dj's were in some good different genres from hip hop to a touch of gospel. Bigs up

Its a nice place to visit when u in capetown. It's quite an experience. The toilets are clean and the service by the bar was great. The only problem I had was that they removed all the umbrellas at around 18:00. Around that time the sun is still blazing in capetown. So we had to sit on the sun for no reason.

I came here for a quick bite after a long day's work. I visit Cape Town often, bit this is definitely a nice hidden gem. Good wine and beer, great staff and gorgeous food.
