Horrible experience please stay away from this scam of a place. I decided to reserve this place as I was in town. The entire power was out on this place so the place had no air-conditioning and because the place is brick, it's like a sauna. I come to check into this little tiny office and the lady informed me they had no power and that it would be fans provided. This was a huge lie as when I entered the premises it was hot like steaming and a sauna. It was so hot that when I pulled out my computer the computer was so hot I was afraid it was going to crash. About 10 minutes later I realized I couldn't stay there, so I went to the front office and told them I would have to leave as the conditions was really bad. The lady at the front desk made it sound like I could leave no problem and get a refund no problem as I didn't stay there. Most hotels do this no problem especially the fact it wasn't my fault because the place wasn't even in condition to stay with no air conditioner. Do you know what these scammers did? They called me and told me they wouldn't be refunding me and keeping my money even though I didn't stay there. You've got to be kidding me. Listen this place is ran horribly, the cube apartments are small and they're crooks and scammers. Don't even waste your time booking here. The pictures look good but rest assured if something happens they're going to keep your money like the crooks they are. Keep your money, and stay at a reputable place but please whatever you do don't stay here. I'm going to talk to my credit card company as these scammers kept me money even though I couldn't stay at their place.

The Cubes is a modern warehouse type apartment that is not children or elderly friendly. This small apartment had no station to set up a computer or laptop. The internet was unstable, which prevented us from getting a stable online connection to complete our blogs. The furniture was a low back sofa and plastic barstools, which were very uncomfortable for me as a senior person. I think that the apartment is really designed for “younger people”, but when we read the reviews that was never mentioned. The small guest bathroom is practically unusable, because you can clearly see the person in the bathroom thru the glass door and the water in the sink does not work. The steps on the stairwell leading to the upstairs bedroom are not all the same height. The big warehouse type windows in the front of the buildings means you can see into everyone’s apartment and vise versa. The housekeeping staff for the apartment did an excellent job at keeping the apartment & grounds very clean. The BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT. The concrete interior helps to keep the apartment cooled off from the hot sun. There is hot water in the upstairs shower. Ibex hills neighborhood is a bit far from any shopping centers, however it is very quiet and peaceful. This is the perfect spot for a young couple or single person. I would not recommend it for families with children or elderly people.
