The Regency Apartment Hotel

I stayed at this place over the weekend, and overall, it was a decent experience. The room was clean and met my expectations, with no major issues. The staff member at the reception on Saturday night provided exceptional service, although I regrettably forgot his name. If I could, I’d give him 10 stars. The location is conveniently situated, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay.

Reception when check in was rude and irretaded. Waited over an hour for food in restaurant eventualy they told us they have a problem with the stove, gave as complimentary drinks. Got a dirty room 530, dirt on floor , tables and counter tops. Duvet cover dirty, some blood stains on duvet inner. Carpets were not clean lots of dirt on it. Ask reception to send cleaners. The lady they send comment and say clearly the bedding was not replace or cleaned. They did offer us a cleaner room but we request a refund They could not assist us due to the fact that we book through Algoda. We moved to another room 701. When we sat down to watch television, in walk another couple with same door card. Said they were allocated this room. . Scary to think, for security reasons. I will not recommend this place to any one. Sorry to say from the photos and outside look beautiful but…………

We had the best time ever. Our room (216) was very spacious and clean. Everything we needed was available in that apartment. Cleanliness was on another level. Their wi fi was also working perfectly.

I am very disappointed with this place and the help service . I was there with my parents just yesterday the 7th of may 2024. We stayed there for 3 days and checked out yesterday. My dad forgot his iPad in the drawer. We called literally afew hours later and they said they could not find it .. that’s absolute nonsense.. property is not even safe .. the iPad was stolen. Am deeply disappointed with this place and this was our first stay.

Honestly the worst experiences we’ve had. First we were booked into 707-1. The unit was a mess and not even cleaned with half inflated balloons all over the room, bed not made up, shower door shattered all over bathroom floor. We were then move to 513-1.Carpets were dirty, linen got stains and marks on, the TV remote battery flat and had to switch it off at the plug, No DSTV remote in room. We were given NO towels. Definitely not deserve their 4 star rating they have.
