“We’re a thoroughly new kind of hotel, a melting pot for getting people together and offering a unique and personable experience.”- The Social House Nairobi
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Cozy Gem with Stunning Decor!
Absolutely loved our stay at this cozy hotel! The interior design is stunning—every detail thoughtfully curated, making the whole place feel warm and inviting, just like home.
The staff were wonderful—so friendly, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is also perfect—convenient, quiet, and close to everything we needed.
A truly relaxing and memorable experience. Highly recommended!
I've not stayed here but love the spot. The team is great on all floors, and the coffee is really good.
Love the layouts and the care and effort in the design.
So many hotels are just bland spaces you utilise, Social house is somewhere you visit and want to stay.
My go-to while here.
Incredible hotel. Wonderful staff, so friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were great. What a delightful stay and thank you to waiter martin who worked with passion and made me to make plans to visit your place again. Wonderful to see such passion amongst the staff. Thank you
One of the nicest hotels that I’ve ever stayed at. The interior of the whole hotel is incredibly thoughtful. No corners were forgotten and that attention to detail was apparent in the rooms themselves, the breakfast spread!!!!! and the in-house restaurants. I visited Inca, the upstairs restaurant after getting into Nairobi, and got to enjoy an event they were hosting - meeting a bunch of great like-minded people in the process. As mentioned, the breakfast was incredible. The klingi porridge, the omelettes, the fresh salads…All so so good. I also used their gym for a quick Pilates workout one night - I do wish they had yoga mats available. But the gym was nice. And I dropped off laundry at 9pm and they had it ready by 9:30am the next day.

Very beautiful hotel, rooms are tiny but well organized. But be warned they charge hidden fees for everything. I booked on their website. It had a “special” for get a free room upgrade upon arrival that I paid extra for that option. . However when I arrived they called the upgrade a different class and not eligible. Even though they only have like 3 kinds of room. I booked the medium room. And they were completely empty the whole hotel for Easter. And still acting like this? Then they said your room is only person, so charged extra $. Then include breakfast for extra person $. Think it’s $30 per person.
Also at breakfast they pass around a menu with things to cook fresh and no price, so you think it’s included. And then tell you after you have to pay for it. Very deceitful. I paid hundreds of extra dollars in fees for stuff like this. Then if you order anything to the room they charge you room delivery.
I ate at both restaurants and neither one very good.
This is definitely not a 4 or 5* place with actions like this.
