4 weeks agoThe rooms are beautiful & clean, the service is very poor for example DStv channels no signal, wi-fi slow/poor, Loadshedding they don't have back-up Generator. We booked for 4 nights but not a single day of of their workers came and ask about our stay at the spade. I just want to mention one person that was so helpful to us Sinethemba also accompany us carrying our bags on our check out day. One of the receptionist I just don't remember the name, he needs customer care training. Portia your management skills are out of this world. Thanks for your kindness.

6 months agoThe Place is beautiful, but the service was bad. The waiter had to attend to everyone in the restaurant are,and also attend the bar. Dinner was ruined as there was no back during loadshedding,we had to sit in the dark, and no one came to explain why we're sitting in the dark. Our waiter SPHAR tried his best, and was good.

3 months agoA great facility with good facilities and good food. We were visiting primarily for a meal but from what I saw, it is a great place to rest one's head too.
