Aqua Safari Resort

I was at the resort for a weekend. The facility is really nice and the rooms are clean. The food was good. Unfortunately, the entire service and organization are very poor. The check-in took almost 90 minutes. The comforter was dirty, and we didn't have any towels. It took 5 hours until we finally got towels. We had to ask 5 times. We booked a massage for 5:30 pm on Saturday. We ended up waiting for over an hour in total. At the pool, you also need to expect longer wait times to get a drink. If you book the resort, please bring a lot of patience. I expect perfect service when I'm paying 2800 GHS per night.

The resort was perfect for a family reunion, girls trip or even a day trip. Plenty of activities such of horseback riding, kayaking, archery and swimming. The service was excellent. Everyone was very personable. I was expecting more animals due safari listed in the name. We only saw horses, peacocks and various birds.

A spectacular edifice and scenery awaits you in this beautiful resort. Great view of the sea and neat environment. Lovely cruises to enjoy with nightly activities and all. Love the bonfires and the night sitting around the love . Great atmosphere always

I had a fantastic time at Aqua Safari Resort. The staff are so courteous and helpful. They seems to be everywhere. The meals were lovely. The rooms were cozy and I love the timber works at the resort. The use of timber was so lovely. The early morning workout too was a nice touch. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a resort that is close to nature.

I had a day of experience on 22nd March 2024 at Aqua Safari. Employees can make or break a business and full credit to the staff for their professionalism throughout my visit. From the gate to reception, recreation grounds to the restaurant, it was great, and I was made to feel special by the staff. Special mention of Cephas, my guide and games partner, and of Kelvin, who waited on me in the restaurant. All my requests were attended to with smiles and courtesy. I loved the serene, clean, and organic environment; man and nature in harmony with the animals roaming between the chalets freely. It was simply delightful. The meals were of good portions, well presented and scrumptious. Holding conferences here would result in great outcomes while weddings would be a dream. I thoroughly enjoyed my day package activities and will plan a stay in the future.
