Rock City Hotel

A plush hotel by all standards. Unique characteristics for a hotel and great and comfy rooms and well designed nightclub located on site of the hotel. Love the place to bits.

The place was very nice and also a nice location. The rooms are well ventilated and superb. Security is tight at Rock City Hotel. My only problem has to do with some of their staff as to how they handle clients. Some of them lack good communication skills when dealing with visitors. Aside this, the place is nice and comfortable to be.

Great rooms...breakfast options on regular days is lacking, for large groups, goes well. Good for conferences and group engagements, and also as a transit point when traveling.

I visited my sister in Ghana and we decided to go on a mini vacation. My sister booked Rock City Hotel and let me tell you.....amazing. You have to visit. It is a must. A hotel on the mountains with excellent food ( buffet breakfast) and a la carte dinner and lunch. We went in April and it was quiet. An excellent place for conferences, family gatherings, weddings, celebrations or just a nice getaway. Our restaurant server each day was called 'Janet ' and she is a star angel. Pleasant and kind and professional. Ghana level of hospitality has improved but a big working progress. However at rock city everyone is there to help. Breakfast is not bacon and eggs only. It is chicken jollof rice, fish, coleslaw and salads, sausage, fresh amazing juices and lots of fruit, and cereal if that is your thing....let me tell you it's like going for an evening meal. The hotel is plush and they are expanding right now and building bigger and better. I gave it 4 star simply because our water heater for hot shower was quite cool. I am used to that as most showers in homes are not super hot. That was my only thing. Loved loved loved every second. There is a fridge in the room and kettle which has tea and coffee and two complimentary waters daily.
