LUMO Lounge

There were patrons that smoked weed in the vicinity which made us move from our table. Then they proceeded to smoke their IN the restaurant which was bizarre. The same patrons in a group were utterly loud and obnoxious interrupting our evening. They behaved as though it was their establishment and made it a horrible experience. In addition all machines were “offline”. I tapped my virtual card over 5 times and physical card atleast 3 times. No contingency besides forcing me to go withdraw escorted by the waiter. The guy that tried to intervene while I struggled to pay was absolutely condensing and treated me like I was some criminal whose card was declining. I ended up driving to the atm far across the restaurant to withdraw while the waiter waited. I’ll never return unfortunately. Appalling experience for me and a friend from Botswana whom I haven’t seen in years. To think I was the one that suggested we try this restaurant out 💔. I definitely won’t be returning!

Norman was a great host to us. Great and quick service for the entire 4 hours we spent there Their food was nothing short of amazing And the bottomless drinks ???? Don’t miss out on this

We loved everything about the restaurant. The service we got from NOMPILO quiet exquisite From Chefs to chef to managed to wow us The service is slightly delayed but worth the wait Mos def we’ll be coming back. Let the chef do guest interaction boosts with moral and.a proper scope of what guests love and etc 10/10 + 10

I must say I had the greatest host from Nhlanhla on Friday and Saturday great vibes,by the way am from Durban am here for vacation and will definitely come back
