a month agoReally nice west African restaurant. The waiters were nice. The open by noon so had to wait a few mins as I arrived earlier. It gets really filled quickly so better to make a reservation. The food was good also and the atmosphere was relaxing. Family friendly and great place for a brunch, also has a lot of plants and flowers. The Air-conditioned public space was booked for a party, the other private room with air- conditioning required an extra charge. So we decided to stay outdoor and enjoy the natural breeze

in the last weekThis was a recommendation from our hotel and was a really nice, higher-end-feeling place in Accra. The food was really great and the atmosphere was good too. If you wanted a place for a nice meal with a larger group, I'd probably do it here. We went for a late lunch, but there were plenty of people there (a bit dressier than we were) and the place appeared to have several rooms (it was big). I'd def go back if I was in Ghana again.

2 months agoIf you’re in Osu and looking for the best authentic African cuisine then the Buka restaurant is the spot. If you can, please make a reservation so you get to choose the indoor seating area. I had series of my first here, my first waakye and kelewele and it was really nice. The food took a while to come out though, but it was worth the wait. The staff were friendly and helpful with getting you a seat if you don’t have a reservation. I was happy to have the recommendation for the restaurant from other local guides.

2 months agoAfrican Ghanaian cuisine, serve was fast, they were very helpful guiding me through the menu and what to choose, of course food is spicy and some are too spicy like the peppered Octopus but even though it was delicious. Jollof rice was very good, in general each restaurant have his own twist and they all taste great

4 months agoBring your appetite. You will not be disappointed. I had the grilled tilapia with jollof rice. The portion size was very generous. The meal was delicious but there was a long wait before it was ready to be served. The place has a nice vibe and loads of seating throughout the restaurant.
