a week agoBeautiful atmosphere, excellent service, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a mixed up with my reservations, however the lady from the reception and 2 guys sorted me out in no time....

3 weeks agoI called the hotel on Wednesday to make a booking, they said I should email them. I called 4 times on Thursday and the same excuse of no internet and I gave them my cell to call me once the internet was back so I can get a quote, still nothing. I called the following week Tuesday and mentioned I'm still waiting for a quote and I still haven't received anything and by Tuesday they had no internet problems. If their service is so pathetic like this, why would the rooms, and overall service be any different? Very unhappy with the service, as a customer I must beg for service and a quote... surely you the people that need to make money... Will never recommend to anyone!!!
