6 months agoWish I could give this place ten stars. Just outstanding. The food was just epically good, every course stunningly beautifully plated and so full of flavor, both my friend’s regular-with-meat tasting menu and my vegetarian tasting menu. Siba’s chefs got so much umami into the vegetables - a rare accomplishment! You’ll die when you get the first course, a giant bowl full of herbs around the edges that they make magically come to life with an incredible effect! The staff was so friendly and welcoming, as well. Our server Anesipho was radiantly beautiful, witty, charming, uber-professional and so helpful. She and her colleagues are outstanding and really made our night! The restaurant is very classy and beautiful, stylish but not over the top, just perfectly refined. Wine recommendations were amazing. My friend said the experience turned her into a foodie as now she understands how incredible food can be! Sad we apparently missed Siba’s visit to the restaurant by one day, I’ve been watching her for years and love her work and positive energy! It all comes together and shines through at the restaurant. The food is Michelin worthy and we only spent about US $67 per person on the entire thing including wine which is about a quarter of what you would spend for food this incredible in the States or Europe!

2 months agoThe 8-course meal was a symphony of flavors, each course meticulously crafted and presented. Every bite was an adventure, a dance of textures and tastes that seemed to resonate perfectly with the next. Not only was the food exquisite, but the ambiance and service elevated the entire experience to a realm I'd never encountered before in dining. I've eaten at many places, but SIBA has undoubtedly set a new gold standard.

10 months agoThis was the best fine dining experience I've ever had. The staff were kind and well informed about the menu. The food was out of this world amaizing. The beef and samp was super delicious. On Sundays they cater for kids as well.

11 months agoIt’s an fine dining experience; from arrival at front desk, the waiters, they work as a team, including the manager; you are fully attended to; then it’s the amazing food; Siba is a food scientist; then it’s interaction with Siba, that too is on another level;
